Extensive private sector, public sector and nonprofit arbitration and mediation experience. Trains/lectures on interest arbitration, mediation, sexual harassment, new issues in discrimination, merit systems, civil service (state and federal), arbitration fees/costs/expenses, diversity management in the workplace, and preparation for arbitration.

Rates Information

DAILY RATES:

Compensation $1,000 Per Day

Daily rate for hearings & study time (not to exceed 2.0 days per day of hearing), travel time when travel equals or exceeds eight (8) hours and drafting opinions/awards. Reasonable and necessary travel expenses for travel (other than local commutes of approx. 25 minutes/25 miles per day). Cancellation fee as follows: $550.00 if cancelled 10 days or more before the scheduled hearing date; $950.00 if cancelled within 10 days of the scheduled hearing date.

HOURLY RATES:

Compensation $285 Per Hour

Hourly rate for all hearings including pre-hearing conferences; and drafting opinions & awards and all other professional services including doc review & analysis, review & study pleadings/briefs, reasonable & necessary research & travel time (other than local commutes of approximately 20 minutes/20 miles per day). Reasonable & necessary travel expenses for travel (other than local commutes of approximately 20 minutes/20 miles per day) Cancellation fees: $580.00 if cancelled ten (10) days or more before scheduled hearing date. $1,000.00 if cancelled w/in 10 days of the scheduled hearing date.
