Shannon McCarthy

Extensive litigation experience focused on civil matters, handling of a multitude of personal injury and insurance defense matters, along with real estate, workers’ compensation and probate claims. Has handled over 10,000 cases for the defendant or plaintiff which were resolved prior to or during trial. Has conducted over 700 arbitration or mediation hearings at the request of attorneys and insurance carriers during the past five (5) years.
