Biographical
Sherrill Britt is a Registered Neutral and member of the Georgia Bar. Sherrill began her legal career gaining valuable litigation and negotiation expertise as a prosecutor in Douglas County. From 2013 to 2022, she exclusively practiced workers’ compensation law, with equal experience representing employers and insurers at Drew, Eckl & Farnham, as well as injured workers at Morgan & Morgan. Sherrill is a former high school teacher, and she continues to provide legal education as a conference speaker and panelist on workers’ compensation issues.
Sherrill is a proud Louisiana native. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law in 2010. Outside of the legal world, Sherrill enjoys a good book, a sappy movie, an upbeat tune, a strong cup of coffee, and a long walk. She enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, her sons, and her sassy dog, Maizie.
