T.E. Cauthorn has been practicing law in Georgia since 1972. Mr. Cauthorn serves as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Case Evaluator with Court America, an alternative dispute resolution company, and is a registered member of the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
He also has a distinguished history of service to the community and the country. In addition to serving as Chief Judge of the State Court of Cobb County from 1983 to 1985, and on the Georgia Superior Courts, Cobb Judicial Circuit, from 1985 to 1991, he also served as an elected State Representative in the Georgia State Legislature from 1991 to 1995. Mr. Cauthorn has served as Member and Chair of numerous political and civic organizations in Cobb County and the state of Georgia. He is a U.S. Army Captain, Retired Reserve.
