Virginia G. Adams

Ginger has been practicing law since 1992.  She began her career in Atlanta, Georgia with an insurance defense firm where she handled workers' compensation and personal injury with a focus on workers' compensation. After getting married, she returned to North Carolina and joined Yates, McLamb & Weyher where she continued her focus in workers' compensation and handled matters at all levels of litigation.  In 1999, Ginger became a certified mediator and devoted her professional career to a full-time mediation practice.  She has mediated well over 3,000 cases.
