Frank Hoover

Frank R. Hoover has spent his career litigating and mediating a variety of legal disputes. Trained as a mediator in 1991, he has successfully mediated well over 3,000 cases involving torts, trusts, civil rights, employment, construction, real estate, and professional negligence. Having maintained an active practice for over 39 years, he is mindful of the difficult work that lawyers do. He approaches every mediation with a tireless determination to achieve a fair and just settlement. Long concerned about children's issues, Frank has been involved in training GALs/CASAs to be advocates for victims of child abuse. He has regularly acted as a settlement GAL. He enjoys an AV preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and regognized as a Washington Super Lawyer.
